Veda Scott, la luchadora de Rhode Island, ha sido una de las luchadoras mas destacadas del año 2012, participando en shows de Shimmer, Shine, NCW Femmes fatales y proclamandose campeona por parejas de la empresa AIW junto a Gregory Iron en su equipo «Hope & Glory». Veda empezó el año en Shimmer participando en tres de los 4 shows que se disputaron en marzo, en el volumen 45, Veda hizo equipo con Shazza McKenzie para perder ante Mena Libra & Melanie Cruise, en el 46 derrotaría a Saraya Knight por DQ y en el 47 caería derrotada ante Kellie Skater. Scott regresó para los shows de octubre donde en el volumen 49 volvería a hacer equipo con McKenzie para perder ante Made in Sin (Taylor Made & Allisyn Kay), en el volumen 50 perdería ante Miss Natural y ya en el 51 caería derrotada ante Tomoka Nakagawa. En Shine participaría en el primer show de la empresa donde vencería a Kimberly. En NCW Femmes Fatales estuvo presente en su noveno evento donde derrotó a Mary Lee Rose. Veda Scott ha participado en varios torneos, el mas destacado para ella el IndyGurlz Grand Prix, donde  llegó a la final, ganando en cuartos a Sienna DuVall, en semifinales a Shazza McKenzie y en la final perdió ante Jenny Rose. También participo en el torneo «Queen of Queens» cayendo en primera ronda ante Christina Von Eerie, en el torneo Grand Prix de 2CW donde fue eliminada en primera ronda por Rachel summerlyn, y en el torneo de BLOW donde cayó en cuartos ante Sumie Sakai. En AIW participó en todos los shows de «Girls Night Out» de este año, ganando a Kimber Lee & Courtney Rush en el 5 y el 7 y perdiendo ante Sara del Rey en el 6.
