En una aparición en Alemania para la empresa GSW perdería ante la griega Blue Nikita. En junio regresó a Bellatrix donde en su segundo show defendió de nuevo el título derrotando esta vez a la luchadora noruega Aurora Flame, fruto de este combate, Aurora Flame pediría la revancha y esta se llevaría a cabo en octubre en la empresa FCF de Finlandia, pero de nuevo Queen Maya saldría victoriosa. Para acabar el año en Europa, perdería en el cuarto show de Bellatrix ante Liberty. En Estados Unidos, Queen Maya luchó en la primera ronda del torneo de BLOW para elegir a su primera campeona pero perdería ante Sumie Sakai.
