Brittney Savage, la luchadora de New York a pesar de no haber conseguido título alguno esta año ha seguido siendo parte importante de la escena independiente americana sobretodo gracias a WSU y a PWS donde ha luchado habitualmente. En WSU ha formado parte del grupo mas destacado del año que ha luchado en contra de Midwest Militia junto a Alicia y Mercedes Martínez. En WSU empezó el año derrotando junto a Alicia & Tracy Brooks a Midwest Militia en un combate de trios y posteriormente se enfrentarian en una serie de combates por parejas, entre Alicia & Britney contra Sassy & Allisyn, el primero por el number 1 contender para el titulo de parejas y el segundo por el título en si, ambos ganados por Midwest Militia. En abril, Brittney ganaría la J-Cup 2012 de manera brillante tras vencer en cuartos de final a Ezavel Suena, en semifinales a Annie Social y en la gran final a Athena. En el show «Uncensored Rumble V» venció a Sasy Stephie, y en el último show del año «Full Steam Ahead» perdería ante Tina San Antonio. Brittney también ha sido una luchadora habitual en los eventos de PWS, donde se ha enfrentado entre otras a Veda Scott, Alexis Nevaeh (Lexxus), en una triple amenaza a Reby Sky & Spyra Androver, y haciendo pareja con Maria Kanellis a Jillian Hall & Reby Sky. También participaría en el torneo de BLOW para coronar a la primera campeona de la empresa pero a pesar de ganar en primera ronda a Amber O´Neal, luego no pudo disputar los cuartos de final del torneo y quedó eliminada.
