Shanna, la luchadora portuguesa, ha tenido un año con altibajos debido a su lesión de rodilla y que la dejo en el dique seco por 2 meses, pero tras una pronta y magnífica recuperación, Shanna, regresó a los rings con mas fuerza que nunca ganando el titulo femenino de la empresa suiza SCW y reteniendo el título de la empresa francesa ABC Catch, titulo que ostenta ya por mas de año y medio desde que lo ganara en julio del 2011. Shanna empezó el año luchando por el título de EVE en una triple amenaza en el show de XWA «Gold Rush» ante Jenny Sjodin & April Davids, en este combate ganado por Jenny Sjodin, Shanna se lesionó en el hombro. En el abril regresaría a la competición luchando en SWE ante Holly Rocamora a la que venció y en el mismo mes de abril caería derrotada junto a su compañera de equipo en Perfect Storm, Nikki Storm ante las gemelas Blossom, en el show IPW:UK Revolution 2012. Tras su operación de rodilla y su posterior recuperación Shanna regresó a la lucha en su Francia natal donde defedería su título de ABC Catch con acierto al derrotar a la escocesa Carmel. En septiembre, Shanna iría a Suiza a luchar para SCW donde derrotó a Laura Wellings para coronarse nueva campeona femenina de la empresa. En octubre, Shanna regresaría a Suiza para retener el título en el show 5º Aniversario de SCW ante Laura Wellings de nuevo, en un combate con Amy Cooper como special referee. Para acabar, Shanna perdería en el IPPV de Pro Wrestling Eve, Wrestlefever» ante Janey Britanico el pasado mes de noviembre.
