April Davids, la luchadora de Wigan, Inglaterra, ha regresado en este 2012 por sus fueros y pese no conseguir brillar tanto como en el 2011, si que ha seguido dando muestras de su potencial como luchadora especializada en el mat wrestling y las artes marciales mixtas. April Davids comenzo muy bien el año ya que a finales de enero se proclamo campeona de la empresa Future Shcok tras derrotar a Becky James. April defendio este titulo con acierto durante todo el año a pesar de que tuvo fuertes oponentes como Jenny Sjodin & Nikki Storm. Ademas de esta opcion al titulo, April tambien tuvo la opcion de ganar el titulo de Pro Wrestling Eve en un combate triple amenaza ante la entonces campeona Jenny Sjodin & Shanna, pero Sjodin consiguio retener el titulo. Aparte de esta aparicion en la empresa XWA para luchar por el titulo de Eve, Davids tambien aparecio en el torneo «Queen of the Ring» de la misma empresa celebrado en febrero y donde caeria en semifinales ante Kay Lee Ray, tras haber vencido en cuartos de final a Rhia O´Reilly. En noviembre april Davids tambien estuvo presente en el show «Wrestlefever» formando equipo con la luchadora japonesa Kaori Yoneyama, con la cual en el torneo de parejas celebrado esa noche, ganaria en semifinales a The Blossom Twins pero perderian en la final ante She-X. April Davids tambien estuvo presente en el show debut de ICW Fierce Females donde junto a Lisa Fury perderian ante The Owens Twins. Por ultimo decir que April Davids estuvo durante todo el mes de abril en Japon luchando para Ice Ribbon.
