Eddie Edwards, el luchador de Boston, ha tenido un año 2012 realmente interesante a nivel de progresión ya que ha combinado sus luchas en Estados Unidos con sus tours por Japón con la empresa NOAH. A pesar de no haber conseguido ningún título realmente importante, solo ha conseguido el de parejas de PWX junto a Roderick Strong, sus luchas siguen dotadas de una gran técnica y un magnífico buen hacer en el ring, hecho que le mantiene en este top 10. En ROH tras perder el título en Final Battle 2011, ganó en este año a Roderick Storng para tener una nueva oportunidad por el título, pero perdió en una triple amenaza ante el campeón entonces Davey Richards & Roderick Strong. Posteriormente en junio tendría un nuevo intento pero volvería a caer ante Kevin Steen, tras esto Eddie Edwards se dedicó a intentar ganar el título de televisión pero a pesar de sus intentos le fue imposible vencer a Adam Cole. Finalmente en «Final Battle 2012» volvió a hacer equipo con Davey Richards como The American Wolves para derrotar a Kyle O´Reilly & Bobby Fish. En PWG comenzó el año disputando una triple amenaza por el título de los pesos pesados, combate que fue ganado por Kevin Steen para proclamarse nuevo campeón.  También luchó en el BOLA 2012 donde caería en cuartos ante el posterior campeón Adam Cole tras vencer en primera ronda a Kyle O´Reilly. Además de en estas dos grandes empresas Eddie Edwards es un habitual de los shows de la empresa 2CW, donde disputó un combate por el título ante Kevin Steen y de PWX donde es el actual campeón por parejas junto a Roderick Strong desde el pasado mes de noviembre.

Eddie Edwards, the fighter from Boston, has been a really interesting year 2012 level progression since has combined his struggles in the United States with their tours of Japan with NOAH company. He also fought in the BALL 2012 where they lost in the quarterfinals to eventual champion Adam Cole in the first round after defeating Kyle O’Reilly. In addition to these two major companies Eddie Edwards is a regular at the shows 2CW company, where he played a title match against Kevin Steen and PWX where is the defending champion in pairs with Roderick Strong since last November .
