Charlie Haas, el luchador de Houston, Texas sigue estando a un gran nivel a pesar de tener ya 40 años, el wrestler ha sacado su parte mas heel para enfrentarse a este año y ha sido capaz de encontrar sustituto para Shelton Benjamin mientras este ha estado en Japón. Este año los miembros de WGTT han tenido dos rivalidades muy destacadas la primera fue con los Briscoes con los que estuvieron los primeros 5 meses del año intercambiandose golpes y luchas sangrientas entre las que destacan las dos que tuvieron por los títulos la primera en el show Showdown in the Sun 2 donde los Briscoes continuaron con los campeonatos y la segunda en Border Wars donde WGTT recuperaron los cinturones, aunque los perderían solo un mes mas tarde ante The All Night Express con quienes tuvieron una rivalidad mas que importante y acabarían perdiendo los campeonatos en Best in The World 2012. Charlie Haas formaría pareja con Rhett Titus para el torneo para elegir nuevos campeones de ROH y llegarían hasta la final donde perderían ante SCUM (Jimmy Jacobs & Steve Corino). Además en combates individuales Charlie Haas ha ganado a luchadores como Michael Elgin en Boiling Point 2012, Rhett Titus o Mark Briscoe. Charlie Haas también ha participado en algunos shows de FWE donde ha derrotado a Billy Gunn y ha perdido ante Tommy Dreamer.
