Brian Cage, el luchador de Chico, California ha tenido un año de crecimiento a nivel individual dentro de la escena independiente de la costa oeste de Estados Unidos. Brian Cage ha luchado prácticamente todo el año para cuatro empresas, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Championship Wrestling from Hollywood, Vendetta Pro y Pro Wrestling Revolution. En la mas destacada PWG ha tenido tanto peleas individuales como en pareja formando dupla con Ryan Taylor conocidos como los Fighting Taylor Boys. En el torneo DDT4 de este 2012 la pareja cayó derrotada en primera ronda ante The Rocknes Monsters. En individual en PWG llegó a disputar un combate por el título ante Kevin Steen, lucha que perdió y llego a cuartos de final del torneo BOLA de este año tras vencer en primera ronda a B- Boy y perder en cuartos ante Michael Elgin. Entre sus victorias en PWG destacan las obtenidas ante Eddie Edwards o Willie Mack. En CWFH el luchador participó en la Percy Pringle III cup, donde llegó a semifinales alli caería derrotado ante Shaun Ricker, en cuartos de final había vencido a Biggie Biggz. En Vendetta Pro luchó un par de veces por el Tri Force Title pero no conseguiría alzarse con él. Por último en PWR se proclamó campeón junior heavyweight en mayo después de vencer a Famous B, El Galáctico & El Galán en un fatal four way, a día de hoy Brian Cage aun conserva dicho campeonato.

Brian Cage, wrestler from Chico, California has had a year of growth at the individual level within the independent scene of the U.S. west coast. Brian Cage has wrestled the whole year for four companies, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Championship Wrestling from Hollywood, Vendetta Pro and Pro Wrestling Revolution. In the most notorious PWG has had both singles and tag team matches with Ryan Taylor forming duo known as the Fighting Taylor Boys. In 2012 DDT4 tournament the duo were beaten in the first round against The RockNES Monsters. In PWG wrestling single matches came to wrestle for the title against Kevin Steen, lost fight. He reached the quarter-finals of this year BALL after winning first round to B-Boy and losing to Michael Elgin in the quarterfinals. Among his victories in PWG are those obtained against Eddie Edwards and Willie Mack. In CWFH participated in the Percy Pringle III Cup, reaching the semifinals where he was defeated by Shaun Ricker, he had defeated Biggie Biggz in quarterfinals. In Vendetta Pro fought a couple of times for the Tri Force Title but didn’t get it. Finally in PWR was proclaimed junior heavyweight champion in May after beating Famous B, The Galactic & The Guy in a Fatal Four Way, today Brian Cage still retains the championship.
