Pues vamos de nuevo con otro PPV de la WWE, el penúltimo del año y uno de los grandes después de las grandes decepciones de los últimos meses que se nos han ofrecido. A priori interesante pero con solo dos combates tradicionales por equipos (y siendo uno de ellos el de la división femenina y sin contar con «tradicional» el de Punk y Bryan) no suena mucho a Survivor Series y si a otro PPV más en la línea de quitar lo «temático» de los shows en un futuro. El cartel es interesante y entretenido, como suele pasar,  se me queda un poco corto pero siempre podrán meter a Khali, Santino o Fandango el Sábado a última hora en algún combate de relleno que no interesa a nadie!!!…

As we go again with another PPV from WWE, the penultimate of the year and one of the biggest after the great disappointments of the last few months that we have offered. Interesting but traditional fighting only two teams (and one of which the female division and without «traditional» the Punk and Bryan) do not sound much like Survivor Series PPV and if another more in line to remove the «theme» of the shows in the future. The poster is interesting and entertaining, as usual, I have a little short but they can always put Khali, Santino or Fandango late on Saturday in a battle of fill that nobody is interested! …

Kofi Kingston vs. The Miz (Kickoff Match)

Combate de relleno a los que nos mal acontumbrado WWE en estos preshows, que duran poco y no valen para nada, ni siquiera para hacer lucir a los luchadores que en apenas 5 o 7 minutos no pueden desplegar toda su técnica. Intento de venganza por parte de Kofi ya que Miz lo dejó solo en el úlitmo combate, y esa es toda la historia de este «feudo». Será como siempre muy rápido  con un Kofi muy dinámico pero con un Miz que ganará en el ultimo momento en base a alguna artimaña de cara a reforzar su Turn Heel iniciado días atrás.

La revancha lógica cuando un campeón pierde el título, pero esta la han puesto casi de tapadillo. Anunciada por HHH en una entrevista de storyline con Cole. En esa entrevista Triple H defiende este título como el paso lógico a cosas más grandes. Bien, a Axel  le ha superado el cinto, la historia y la presión. Sin ningún carisma (ni antes ni después del cambio de nombre) estaba cantado que perdería el cinto. Además ahora sin Heyman detrás veremos como este luchador, una vez Big E. retenga este Domingo (ya sabemos que tipo de luchadores enormes son los que gustan en WWE) caiga poco a poco de la media tabla hacia abajo. Ni siquiera la leyenda de su padre podrá salvarlo esta vez.

Combate tradicional de Survivor Series entre las chicas de la empresa. Las Total Divas contra las Divas de WWE, las chicas malas contra las chicas buenas. la verdad es que se me hace interesante solo por ver a tantas mujeres a la vez en el ring dado el poco tiempo que suelen darlas. el problema es que con estas no hay término medio. Las hay muy buenas que darán mucho juego (Natalya, AJ Lee, Kaitlyn, las Bella…) y las hay malas, malísimas que subirán a mover el culo (Summer Rae, Rosa, Fox, Jo Jo, Eva Marie…). Al menos veremos de nuevo a Kaitlyn en el ring y a Rosa animando al personal… Por lo demás, ganarán las Total Divas ahora que se ha firmado la segunda temporada del reallity y hay que hacer promoción.

Traditional Combat Survivor Series between the girls in the company. The Total Divas vs. WWE Divas, bad girls vs. good girls. the truth is that I find it interesting just to see so many women at a time in the ring given the short time they usually give them. the problem is that with these there is no middle. CM Punk & Daniel Bryan vs. Erick Rowan & Luke Harper

Para mí el mejor combate de la noche, sobretodo por ver a esos dos genios juntos sobre el ring, y esta vez de la mano. Punk y Bryan son dos figuras increíbles, eso ya lo sabe todo el mundo, que juntos pueden llegar a ser imparables. No llegarán a formar un Tag Team al uso ya que sus carreras han de discurrir por separado pero los combates que nos den en pareja estas semanas que vienen pueden ser memorables. Ademas, estos luchadores ágiles, técnicos y no corpulentos dan mucho más de si cuando enfrente tienen dos gigantes como los Wyatt que visto lo visto semanas atrás, hacen una réplica muy buena. No creo que ganen los Face ya que los Wyatt harán algo de último momento junto a Bray Wyatt para que no consigan la victoria, pero con todo, será intenso y emocionante.

For me the best match of the night, especially by seeing those two geniuses together in the ring, this time from the hand. Punk and Bryan are two figures incredible, you already know the entire world, which together can become unstoppable. Do not come to form a tag team to use as their careers have to discourse separately but fighting to give us a couple of these coming weeks can be memorable. Moreover, these nimble fighters, technicians and get much more stout if when faced with giants like Wyatt apparently seen weeks ago, they make a very good replica. I do not think they win the Face because Wyatt will afterthought with Bray Wyatt to not get the win, but yet, will be intense and exciting.

WWE Tag Team Champions Cody Rhodes & Goldust, The Usos & Rey Mysterio vs. The Shield & The Real Americans (Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team Match)

El otro gran combate de la noche, por el hecho de ser un combate por equipos al uso de Survivor Series pero también por la enorme calidad de los 10 participantes sobre el ring, y por el hecho especial de volver a ver a Rey Misterio en un combate titular de un PPV. no hay mucha historia detras a excepción que 8 de los 10 han estado involucrados en la órbita de Tag Team Champion, pero para este combate no tiene mucho que ver y no dejar de ser un gran combate de Survivor Series de «buenos» contra «malos» y punto, pero suficiente para hacer un combate memorable donde todos luzcan increibles, es el momento adecuado para reivindicarse cada uno de ellos con sus propias habilidades. Será muy, muy bueno… además todos vienen con un gran estado de forma (incluido Misterio o eso dicen en WWE). este PPV no sería Survivor Series sin un combate así. Ganarán los «Faces» pero no lo tendrán nada fácil.

The other big match of the night, by the fact of being a tag team match at Survivor Series use but also for the sheer quality of the 10 participants in the ring, and the special fact of seeing to Rey Mysterio in a PPV title bout. not much story behind except that 8 of the 10 have been involved in the orbit of Tag Team Champion, but for this fight is not much to see and not stop being a big Survivor Series bout of «good» vs. «bad «and point, but enough to make a memorable battle where all look amazing, it’s the right time to vindicate each with their own abilities. It will be very, very good … also all come with a great form (including Mysterio or so they say in WWE). this would not be Survivor Series PPV without a match well. Win the «Faces» but it will not easy.

World Heavyweight Champion John Cena vs. Alberto Del Rio

La verdad, nada atrayente es este combate. Será muy del montón sin nada nuevo que ofrecer. ADR castigará todo lo que pueda el brazo derecho de Cena, llevará el peso del combate, hara de todo y más aun, lo dejará destrozado y cuando parezca que lo tiene hecho, intentará la cuenta, se quedará en 2, Cena resucitará, finisher a ADR y retendrá de nuevo el campeonato... ¡que pase el siguiente! (ojalá me equivoque y veamos algo nuevo y diferente… pero me temo que no pasará)

The truth, nothing appealing is this fight. It will be the lot with nothing new to offer. ADR punish all you can Cena right arm, take the brunt of the fighting, will do everything and more than that, it will broken and when it appears that it has done, try the account, will stay in 2, Cena comeback, finisher to ADR and retain the championship again …Happens next! (hope I’m wrong and see something new and different … but I fear that will not happen)

WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Big Show

Tal y como se está desarrollando este feudo y esta storyline, mucho me temo que el protagonismo del combate lo tengan HHH, Step McMahon y Kane antes que los propios luchadores. Show quería este combate y aquí lo tiene. Show quería ser la cara de la WWE y me temo que lo que le van a poner es la cara (y el cuerpo) amoratado de todo lo que va a recibir. Seguramente lleve todo el peso del combate Big Show con buenas réplicas por parte de Orton. La idea es hacer creer a todo el mundo que Show tiene serías posibilidades de llevarse el cinto y esta idea la llevarán al extremo durante el combate. Al final, cuando Big Show esté a punto de conseguirlo, La Corporación al completo saldrá en ayuda de Orton para que este retenga y Show se lleve una paliza, abriendo incluso la posibilidad de un enfrentamiento cara a cara contra Triple H en TLC por hacerle perder el título este domingo. El Negocio es el Negocio y esto es lo mejor para ello!

As is unfolding this feud and this storyline, I fear that the role of combat have HHH, McMahon and Kane Step before the fighters themselves. Show wanted this fight and here it is. Show wanted to be the face of the WWE and I fear that what is going to put the face (and body) bruised all that will receive. Probably take the whole brunt of the fighting Big Show with good replicas by Orton. The idea is to convince everyone that Show you’d be likely to take his belt and take this idea to the extreme during combat. At the end, when Big Show is about to get it, The Corporation to come out in full support for this retain Orton and Show takes a beating, leading to the possibility of a face to face confrontation against Triple H at TLC for wasting the title on Sunday. The Business is Business!
