1. Can you tell us how you start in profesional wrestling?
I started wrestling in August 2000 at the NWA-UK Hammerlock Training School in Kent in the UK. Like a lot of other young people I grew up watching wrestling on TV and was facinated by it. When I saw an advert for a Training School in the UK in a magazine I went over and gave it a try, loved every minute of it, kept travelling back and froward from Ireland and never looked back.

2. How is the situation of wrestling in the United Kingdom?
Wrestling in the UK right now seems to be very good and very busy. Wrestling seems to be getting very popular again and attendances at shows seem to be steadily getting bigger – especially in the last year. This therefore surely means that the in-ring product is getting better all the time too.

3. How is the situation of european wrestling?
Same as in the UK really. Wrestling is generally busy everywhere throughout Europe right now as far as I can see. I Have also seen facebook pages for new promotions starting up in countries I never knew had wrestling which is great. Im not sure if the standard of wrestling is good in every promotion throughout Europe, but generally, all in all I think things are looking good here.

4. What did you think of the Barcelona Zero One tryout?
It was good. It was obviously the first time we had done it in Barcelona. Since we began doing the Fighting Spirit Challenge Tryouts we have always had a good group of Spanish Guys taking part, so we thought it was only fair we have a FSC Tryout in Spain. Japanese style is all about conditioning, doing your best and having a big heart and I think everybody at the tryout in Spain did the best they could. Some poeple may have been a bit surprised by the level of fitness required but I think everybody had a good experience and met some new poeple too.

5. You chose in this tryout La Pulga to travell Japan and to train in the Zero One Dojo. Why?
That was the decision of the Zero 1 Office in Japan. The Training days and the event were put on a video, and sent to Mr Nakamura and his staff at the Zero 1 Office in Tokyo. After they watched the videos they decided that La Pulga was the winner of the tryout.

6. What do you like best to Barcelona show?
I enjoyed the show. Spanish Wrestling audiences are always crazy and create a good atmosphere and make lots of noise at the events. I had a good time in Barcelona and hope to see you all again soon.

7. What is your goal in profesional wrestling?
I dont have a specific goal in wrestling anymore. I just enjoy wrestling and always just think about the next show. I still like to wrestle as much as I can and like to go to as many places as I can. Whatever will happen next for me in wrestling I do not know ! I just enjoy it and think about the next show ! Whatever happens next is anybodys guess !!!

8. Can you make a top 3 European young wrestlers in this moment?
1 – Zack Sabre Jr
2 – Big Hangovers (Jordan Devlin and Sean Maxer)
3 – Noam Dar

9. Can you tell something to the people who want to start to train wrestling?
Find a good training school with good trainers, get in shape, learn the basics of wrestling, go to the gym and get in shape, always listen to advice, get good wrestling gear, always keep learning, do your best, and wrestle as much and as often as you can !
