Nick Jackson, el hermano pequeño de la pareja The Young Bucks ha tenido un año de exitos en este 2012, proclamándose campeón de parejas de Chikara en el mes de junio y reteniendo ese título hasta el final de año. Además The Young Bucks junto a Mike Bennett conformaron el equipo ROH en el torneo King of Trios 2012 y llegaron hasta la final donde solo consiguieron ser derrotados por The Spectral Envoy. En Chikara han defendido los títulos con éxito ante rivales como The Spectral Envoy o 123 Kid & Marty Jannety. Los Young Bucks han luchado habitualmente en PWG donde han tenido varias oportunidades de alzarse con los títulos por parejas pero han caído derrotados entre estas cabe destacar sus combates contra SuperSmash Brothers y un combate en triple amenaza ante los mismos rivales y Future Shock (Adam Cole & Kyle O´Reilly) en un combate de escalera. Durante los primeros meses del año The Young Bucks aparecieron habitualmente en ROH donde disputaron combates ante The All Night Express, Los Bravado brothers o un combate por el título que acabarían perdiendo ante The Briscoes Brothers. En esta misma empresa también participaron en el torneo para el campeonato de parejas pero cayeron eliminados en primera ronda al perder con Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander.

Additionally The Young Bucks with Mike Bennett formed the team in the tournament ROH King of Trios 2012 and reached the final where they got only be defeated by The Spectral Envoy. In Chikara have successfully defended the title against the likes of The Spectral Envoy or 123 Kid & Marty Jannety. The Young Bucks PWG usually fought where they have had several opportunities to win titles in pairs but have been defeated among these include their battles against SuperSmash Brothers and a triple threat combat against the same opponents and Future Shock (Adam Cole & Kyle O’Reilly) in a ladder match. During the first months of the year The Young Bucks appeared regularly in ROH where fought battles against The All Night Express, The Bravado Brothers or a title match that would eventually losing to The Briscoes Brothers. This same company also participated in the tournament for the championship of couples but were eliminated in the first round losing to Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander.
