Kyle O´Reilly, el luchador de British Columbia, ha seguido con su buen camino hacia el estrellato en este 2012, dando una vuelta de tuerca mas a su carrera enfrentándose al que había sido hasta ahora su mayor valedor Davey Richards en una rivalidad donde también han intervenido Bobby Fish por su lado y Eddie Edwards por lado de Richards. Kyle O´Reilly en ROH ha tenido la oportunidad de hacerse con el título de televisión pelando ante su ex-compañero de parejas en la empresa Adam Cole pero acabó siendo derrotado al igual que le pasó anteriormente en el año contra Jay Lethal. Kyle participó en el torneo Survival of the Fittest pero cayó en primera ronda ante Mike Mondo. Además de en ROH Kyle se ha prodigado por empresas como PWG donde junto a Adam Cole participó en el DDT 4 donde cayeron en semifinales ante Super Smash Brothers después de haber vencido en primera ronda a The Dynasty (Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan). Posteriormente en la empresa disputarían una triple amenaza en un combate de escaleras por los títulos de parejas ante Super Smash Brothers & The Young Bucks pero no conseguirían ganar. O´Reilly participó en el BOLA 2012 pero cayó derrotado en primera ronda ante Eddie Edwards. Por último decir que Kyle se ha convertido en un luchador habitual en los shows de AAW donde se ha enfrentado a rivales como Michael Elgin, Sami Callihan o J. Miller.
