Homicide, el luchador de Brooklyn, no ha tenido su mejor año en este 2012 y solo su retorno a ROH a finales de año le ha permitido estar dentro de este top 100 del año. Homicide empezó el año participando en el show del 13 aniversario de CZW en Febrero donde acabaría perdiendo el combate ante BLK Jeez, posteriormente lucharía en ISW donde se enfrentó por el título ante El Hijo del Bamboo con quien perdería. En abril en el 14 aniversario de JAPW conseguiría el título de parejas que aun mantiene junto a Eddie Kingston al derrotar a Philly´s Most Wanted (BLK Jeez & Joker). A partir de junio Homicide se ha convertido en un miembro habitual de la plantilla de Extreme Rising donde en el fin de semana del 29 y 30 de junio se enfrentó a Devon Storm y en una triple amenaza a Jerry Lynn & Matt Hardy respectivamente para ganar sendos combates, menos suerte tendría en noviembre cuando en el show de la misma empresa caería derrotado en primera ronda del torneo por el título al perder ante Rhino. Como bien hemos dicho Homicide hizo su retorno a ROH donde en el Survival of The Fittest 2012 cayó derrotado en primera ronda ante Roderick Strong, tuvo un combate ante Eddie Edwards en el Best of the World 2012 que ganó y luego volvería a perder ante Jay Lethal en Death before Dishonor X y en un episodio de televisión perdería un combate por el título de los pesos pesados ante Kevin Steen.
