El luchador de Milwaukee, Wisconsin ha tenido un año 2012 movido que podríamos resumir en cuatro palabras «Seven Leves of Hate». Este ha sido el principal atractivo de la carrera de Adam Pearce y es que durante 5 meses se ha enfrentado en un best of 7 matches a Colt Cabana por el título de los pesos pesados de NWA. En cada combate había una estipulación distinta, First Blood, Boston Street Fight, I Quit, Best Two of Three Falls, Dog Collar, Texas Death Match & Steel Cage. Adam que empezó perdiendo los tres primeros combates para perder el título al mismo tiempo recuperó el cinturón el el cuarto combate y lo retuvo hasta perderlo en el séptimo a manos de Colt Cabana en una noche en que finalmente ambos renunciarían a luchar para NWA.  Además Adam Pearce ha luchado principalmente en empresas de la zona de California donde defendió el título de NWA hasta abril en luchas en federaciones como So Cal Pro, Championship from Hollywood. También ha realizado defensas en otros estados como Florida, donde se enfrentó a Adam Cole, en Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota u Oregon convirtiéndose en el estandarte de NWA por todo el pais estadounidense. Por último decir que Adam Pearce tuvo una aparición esporádica en ROH donde cayó derrotado ante Adam Cole.
