Masada, el luchador de Waco, Texas, ha tenido un año 2012 brillante donde se ha convertido en un estandarte para CZW siendo campeón de la empresa desde el mes de marzo de este año y no perdiéndolo hasta el día de hoy y además el luchador ha debutado en otras empresas como Evolve o Dragon Gate USA. En CZW ganó el título el 10 de marzo tras derrotar en un fatal four way a Devon Moore, DJ Hyde & Scotty Vortekz que era el anterior campeón, desde entonces su defensas ha sido satisfactorias y contra rivales de la talla de Michael Elgin, Devon Moore, AR Fox,El Generico, Rich Swann o Davey Richards. Por si esto fuera poco Masada también conquistó en CZW el Tournament of Death 11, donde venció en primera ronda a Scot Summers, en semifinales a Abdullah Kobayashi y en la gran final a Drake Younger. En Dragon Gate USA debutó en los show de julio con sendas victorias ante Jake Manning en el show Enter The Dragon 2012 y ante Pinkie Sanchez en el show Untouchable 2012. Tambiñen debutó en Evolve haciendo su aparición en el volumen 17 donde derrotó a Sami Callihan. Por último decir que Masada ha luchado habitualmente en la empresa 2CW y que ha sido finalista de los torneos hardcore Masters of Pain 2012 de IWA East Coast y del Death Match tournament de la empresa japonesa Freedoms.
