Ryan Taylor, el luchador de California ha dado un paso adelante en su carrera en este año 2012, Taylor se ha convertido en un habitual en PWG, tanto luchando individualmente como haciéndolo en pareja, además de ser uno de los luchadores mas importantes de CWFH. En PWG, Rayan Taylor participó en el DDT 4 junto a Brian Cage Taylor conocidos como The Fightin´Taylor Boys, pero cayeron en primera ronda ante The RockNES Monsters, posteriormente buscaron su venganza en el show «Thremendous» pero volvieron a caer derrotados, en su última participación del año en la empresa Ryan Taylot ganó en un lucha individual a Joey Ryan. En CWFH, Ryan Taylor se convirtió en el campeón de la copa Percy Pringle III, para conseguirlo derrotó en primera ronda a Andrew Hellman, en cuartos de final a James Morgan, en semifinales a Peter Avalon y en la gran final a Shaun Ricker, con este último tendría una gran rivalidad que le llevaría a disputar un combate Last Man Standing del cual también saldría vencedor Ryan. Anteriormente al torneo, Ryan Taylor tuvo una oportunidad por el título de televisión de la empresa pero caería derrotado ante Scorpio Sky. Además de en esta dos empresas Ryan Taylor ha luchado este año para empresas como EWF, AWS o NWPW en el estado de California, y también es un habitual de WCWC (West Coast Wrestling Connection) empresa del estado de Oregón.
