Frightmare el luchador de Chikara, ha vuelto este año en julio de 2012 después de una importante lesión que lo ha tenido fuera de juego durante un año desde julio de 2011 a julio de 2012. A pesar de que regresó en un combate en mayo en un show de aniversario de Chikara su vuelta real fue el 13 de julio cuando en WIF¡ se enfrentó a Ophidian aunque perdió el combate. Tras su aparición volvió a formar parte del grupo Spectral Envoy junto a Hallowicked & Ultramantis Black, y junto a ellos consiguió ganar el torneo King of Trios 2012, tras vencer en primera ronda a Kazuaki Mihara, The Mysterious And Handsome Stranger & Tito Santana, en cuartos de final derrotarían a The Batiri (Kobald, Kodama & Obariyon), en semifinales ganaron a FISt (Chuck Taylor, Icarus & Johnny Gargano) y ya en la final ganaron al equipo de Ring of Honor (Mike Bennett, & The Young Bucks).  En el último show del año formó parte del combate 5 vs 5 de la empresa donde junto a sus compañeros de The Spectral Envoy junto a Blind Rage & Crossbones ganaron a Delirious, Ophidian & The Batiri. En las luchas individuales Frightmare no tuvo mucha suerte ya que perdió los dos combates que disputó en Chikara ante Ophidian & Kobald. Frightmare también perdería su segundo combate en WIF¡ donde formando equipo con Knight Eye For The Pirate Guy perdería ante The Batiri.

Frightmare, Chikara wrestler, was back in action this 2012 in July after a major injury that had him out of the game for a year. Although back in a fight in May at a Chikara show anniversary of his actual return was on July 13 when he faced Ophidian in WIF! but lost the match. After returning joined the group Spectral Envoy again with Hallowicked & Ultramantis Black, and with them managed to win the King of Trios 2012 tournament, after winning Kazuaki Mihara, The Mysterious and Handsome Stranger & Tito Santana first round, The Batiri (Kobald, Kodama & Obariyon) in quarterfinal, FIST (Chuck Taylor, Johnny Gargano & Icarus) in the semifinals and then in the final won the Ring of Honor’s team (Mike Bennett, & The Young Bucks) . In the last show of the year was part of the 5 vs 5 battle where he and his fellow The Spectral Envoy alongside Blind Rage & Crossbones beat Delirious, Ophidian & The Batiri. In individual matches Frightmare was not so lucky as he lost both matches he wrestled in Chikara to Ophidian & Kobald. Frightmare also lost his second match in WIF! teaming with Knight Eye For The Pirate Guy against The Batiri.
