Shane Matthews, el luchador de Ontario, Canada se ha afianzado en este año 2012 como uno de los componentes de 3-0 y como un elemento importante dentro de la división de parejas de Chikara junto a su compañero Scott Parker. En Chikara conquistaron por primera vez el título de parejas tras derrotar en su Canadá natal a FIST para conquistar los trofeos, pero lo perderían un mes después en su combate de revancha ante los propios Fist. Desde entonces 3.0 ha seguido luchando en parejas y en Under The Hood tras derrotar a Fist consiguieron de nuevo los tres puntos necesarios para optar de nuevo al título de parejas que ahora ostentan The Young Bucks. Además de en Chikara Shane Matthews también ha luchado en su Canada natal sobretodo en las empresas Battlewar & C4, en ambas ha seguido formando equipo con Scott Parker y en la primera han tenido la posibilidad de proclamarse campeones pero no tuvieron suerte y en la segunda han tenido una gran rivalidad con el equipo The Afterparty (Cecyl Nyx & Chad Lovely) con los que se enfrentaron en varias ocasiones e incluso en una de ellas por el título por parejas pero no pudieron ganar. A nivel individual Shane Matthews luchó en esta empresa ante Buxx Belmar en el mes de abril pero cayó derrotado. En Estados Unidos como 3.0 han debutado recientemente en la empresa WIA y en 2CW.

Shane Matthews, the wrestler from Ontario, Canada has taken hold in this year 2012 as a component of 3.0 and as an important element in Chikara tag team division with teammate Scott Parker. In Chikara won the tag team championship for the first time after defeating FIST in his native Canada, but they lost them a month later in the rematch. Since then 3.0 has continued to fight as a team and at Under The Hood after defeating Fist again got the three points needed to qualify again to fight for the tag team titles holded by The Young Bucks now. Apart from Chikara Shane Matthews has also struggled in his native Canada especially in companies Battlewar & C4, in both of them continued teaming with Scott Parker.
