John Silver, el luchador que ha hecho toda su trayectoria luchística en la costa este del país ha crecido como luchador en este 2012 hasta convertirse en un luchador de los habituales en Evolve participando en 5 de los 8 shows de la empresa de este año, en algunos haciendo pareja junto a Alex Reynols con un balance de una victoria y una derrota, con dos eventos donde ha luchado en combates individuales, el primero perdiendo ante el propio Reynols y el segundo ganando a Jake Manning y en el último de ellos luchando en un six way que ganó Lince Dorado y donde además participaron Caleb Konley, Scott Reed, Jake Manning & Alex Reynolds. Además durante este año 2012 John Silver fue campeón por parejas de los títulos de PWS junto a Pat Buck conocidos como The Lone Rangers por 286 días consecutivos desde agosto de 2011 a junio de 2012, también se convertiría en campeón de parejas junto a Alex Reynolds en la empresa NYWC el pasado mes de octubre, títulos que aun conservan.  Por si esto fuera poco John Silver participó en la Jeff peterson cup de este 2012 cayendo derrotado en primera ronda ante Jon Davis pero ganado la noche posterior un combate nine way. Como nota curiosa decir que Silver apareció en el PPV de WWE, No Way Out de este 2012 siendo destrozado por Ryback en un handicap match 1 vs 2 bajo el nombre de Rob Grymes.

John Silver, the wrestler who has spent his entire wrestling career on the east coast of the country has grown as a fighter in this 2012 to become an usual wrestler in Evolve, participating in 5 of the 8 shows the company had this year, some teaming with Alex Reynolds with the result of one win and one loss, two events where he has struggled in singles matches, losing the first to Reynols and beating Jake Manning in the second, finally he had a six way match won by Lince Dorado way and which also involved Caleb Konley, Scott Reed, Jake Manning & Alex Reynolds. During 2012 John Silver was PWS tag team champion along with Pat Buck. This tag was known as The Lone Rangers and they reigned for 286 consecutive days from August 2011 to June 2012, also became NYWC tag team champion with Alex Reynolds last October and still retain the titles. As if this were not enough John Silver participated in the 2012 Jeff Peterson Cup falling in the first round to Jon Davis but won the night after a nine way bout. As a related note Silver appeared on WWE PPV, No Way Out 2012 being destroye by Ryback in a handicap match 2 on 1, he wrestled under the name of Rob Grymes.
